The property boasts eight meticulously maintained trout dams that adhere to stringent standards throughout the year, ensuring a premium and enjoyable fly fishing experience.

Wildlife: Nestled at the foot of a valley, surrounded by hillsides and vast stretches of wilderness along the eastern escarpment of Mpumalanga, the 2000 hectares of Doornkop Nature Reserve host a diverse array of wildlife. This flourishing ecosystem is home to various species, including giraffes and black wildebeests, smaller antelopes, a flourishing fishing territory, and a variety of bird species such as kingfishers and the majestic African Fish Eagle, among others.

Game drives:  Observing wildlife and bird species presents a captivating window into the wonders of the natural world. Please be aware that all game drives are exclusively self-driven, and the routes are designed for high-clearance vehicles only.
